Yoga is easy!

I will say that about 10 minutes into every workout, there is a point where I say to myself, "man I'm not feeling comfortable, maybe I should take the day off." then I just keep going for a little bit and that feeling fades. Usually an hour or so later, I'm glad I pushed through. Crane is for pussys
