Closing out Chest Shoulders and Tris Week 12


I started this phase of the workout doing a total of 151 pushups in week 5, I finished doing 168. I did 15 clappers and felt strong throughout.
This picture says it all, I can't wait for something new.
I'm Allen Iverson tired.
