Day 36 - Chest Tris and Shoulders

Old Fashioned pushing weight routines! They've tried all kinds of new fangled devices and exercises but there's no substitute for good old fashioned Missionary style fucking!
Well, I got a little narsicistic this morning and had to see what I looked like with my shirt off.
Getting big, and the most important part is that I'm seeing strength gains again! The amazing part about this is the Muscle confusion. You see, muscle confusion is when your muscles become confused due to the different exercises they are doing. It's much like when you suggest to Koko that you start this program at any time of the week other than a Monday. Utter Confusion!
Seriously though back to last week's post on this same workout, could Tony have picked an uglier woman to represent the opposite sex? She's not even remotely attractive. I would not have sex with her even if I had drank 45 beers, done a mound of blow and had 3 hits of ecstasy. No way, no how not in a million years.
I rocked Ab Ripper today. Almost went the entire time of Mason Twists. I believe HHH said it best, try to clasp your hands together and touch the ground on each side of the mat.
