Day 40, 41, 42 - My legs are Sore

Saturday was legs and Back, my least favorite workout in the entire series. However, I went after it on Saturday with a vengence. I added weight to some lunges and squats, (went up to 25lbs) which doesn't seem like much at the time but once you get done your legs are fried. Also, I'm finally seeing improvement in my Pull-ups, in this workout you have 4 sets of pull-ups repeated twice and it's max out time for each set. Before Saturday I used the stool for every single pullup. Saturday, I started each set hanging free and had the stool pushed way forward to keep the cheating to a minimum, I was able to do multiple hanging pullups for each of the first 4 sets and finished every set with a full negative dropn without the stool. Realistically, I know I won't be entering pull up contests, but to make this kind of improvement is pretty...pretty ...pretty...prettty...exciting.
Sunday had a great session of Kenpo and finished with a flurry of vertical punches that would make Roy Jones Jr. proud.
Stretched today and that felt good. Skye decided to come down and take Bella's place of telling me what I was doing wrong and I reacted as I would to anyone telling me I'm doing something wrong, I got pissed off!
