Yoga X on Day 46. Played golf Friday afternoon and my game is more in control since starting this workout series. Still not to HHH bomb status but better than the Stupid monkey Koko.
Shot a 45 on the front of a tough course. Hit the first 2 greens in regulation and pars on both, hit a beautiful 7 iron 180 yards which was too long into a back bunker but up and down for bogey. I didn't blow up untill the back nine and had 2 triples and a double bogey, but rebounded with a great drive on 15 to par that hole as well. I had the most pars on my card as I've ever had.
Anyway, about to go do legs and back. Drea's calling!
