Day 26 and Day 27 Yoga Belly 7 Times

Yesterday was a stretch day for me and I decided to take the day off while Mo Huddy and I took our oldest children to the mountains for a day of skiing. It turned out to be 6.5 hours of driving f0r 4 total hours of time on the slope and only an hour and a half for snowboarding for Mo and I. It was a nice little road trip and yesterday was also my cheat day, judging by the scales today, I succeeded in cheating alright. I'm only going to weigh myself on day 30, 60, and 90 from here on out to prevent discouragement.
I rocked Yoga today, I'm doing pushups between each chataranga vinyasa to downward dog and really got after it on all of the moves today. I did crane for 3 seperate stands of ~10 seconds+ and really got into it towards the end. I was also able to complete all of Yoga Belly today which is a first. I'm going to really focus on the diet for this week and get into Phase II mother fucka!
