Day 37 Plometrix - Frog Bucket

I'm going to compare my Heart Rate to the first time I used a monitor during this workout:
2-16-09 3-11-09
Break 1 = 151 143
Break 2 = 166 153
Break 3 = 172 165
Break 4 = 161 153
Break 5 = 164 164
Finish = 164 173

I'm going to assume that this means I'm getting stronger cardiovascularly. Dr Koko is that a term?
No hyperlinks today, going to try to focus on work and not obsess on P90X all day!
