Day 74 - Toe Lock and Crane!

I owned crane today! 74 days later and I can rock the crane big time! Anyway, doing well with Yoga! I love it and I love it, I will continue to do Yoga as I progress beyond the X but I'm committed to another round of this blessed pain when it is over.
I really want to take my body to the next level.
The end is near...

    On a serious tip, good luck Adam. I don't know you from a stripper's squawk box but I wish you Great Success!

    If you care, here are some beginner tips:
    -Take pictures and measurements like you mean it. You'll be really happy you did in 90 days.
    -Stop drinking! It kills everything that is P90X.
    -Keep pushing play...the first 2 weeks are a bitch but worth it.
    -Supplement this shit out of it...creatine, glutamine, multivitamin and I took a testosterone booster for the first 30 days. Great kick start to muscle growth and metabolism.
