synergistic is a tough workout no matter how good of shape you may think you are in. It's tough, you spend the entire workout "engaging" your core and it is a
doozy. The
Prison Push ups are the benchmark exercise for this event, in other words, something that can be measured to gauge your growth/ progress overall. Adam, the outrageously fit brother in the back pumps out 18 prison
push ups. If you watch the video that means he does 54 total
push ups through the time
allotted.
HHH got 15 in, I got 12 in before collapsing. The other ridiculous exercise is Plank to
chataranga run. Too difficult to explain and more difficult to actually do for a full minute.
This morning I had
Kenpo and really got after it but try as I might, I can not get my heart rate near Wesley's 160
until the very end when I try to put myself into an exercise induced stupor during vertical punches. Tomorrow is a stretch/ rest day, I'm golfing with
HHH and Mr
Matas, then another round of Core
Synergistic, Yoga, and my final stretch before the most shocking
Rose ceremony yet!
