Day 33 Back and Legs - Drea sucks!
Saturday morning came too early today. I didn't get started till late due to some stomache issues, (snake soup anyone?) I had red meat twice yesterday and I think my system is not used to that. Once I got warmed up I got into it. I am making pretty pretty pretty solid gains on my back, gains on pull ups on every set, although I got wasted half way through the pull ups. It's crazy how tough the first week of each phase is and how tired I am right now. I need to get some rest this weekend.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while buddy. I'll try to do better because I know it hurts your feelings to not see any comments. Now I'm gonna have to log onto Brad's Blog and post a comment on his blog because he'll get all hurt if I comment on yours and not on his. You guys are so gay.
ReplyDeleteLet me set the record straight here buddy. There hasn't been a new episode of Desperate Housewives in quite some time. I stay up to date with Survivor and Amazing Race and I'm not a fan of the Bachelor.
Just finished Plyo so that will be it for Plyo for a few weeks. In week 7 so no weights next week. My body needs the break soon.
Pictures look good buddy. I'll send out the beginning, 30 and 60 day shots out after next week.
