I really brought it today. I'm not sure if it's because I'm looking forward to recovery hair or March Madness, or the fact that I did my body measurements this morning and I'm not happy with what I saw. I think it's because I saw Kiscoe's progress pics and although I'm very happy for his progress, my competitive nature kicked in and I envision his face in front of every one of my punches. I mean this with all due respect. Anyway, got the Heart rate to 173 today after vertical punches.
Measurements:
Waist - 39
Hips - 41
Belly button/ Tire area - 41
Arms - 15.5 flexed
ahhhhhhhh - recovery chataranga run!

Buddy, keep your chin up. Progress comes at different/strange/random times. Days like today is when character is made and measured, and I know you got it!!!
